that the people started asking about the scheme to bankers. Many of

It is anticipated that the government shall resort to measures such as revenue recovery, declaring insolvent as per Insolvency Act etc. The banks are very cautious in lending under Mudra loans and are giving much importence to credit history such as CIBIL. In the case of existing units, they shall not be loss making for past two years.
This is not the beginning or end of promotional schemes. You will be updated with other schemes of Government in due course, as the same is under preparation. You will be notified once subscribed to this blog.

Hello,
ReplyDeleteIs there any collateral or own shop or office space needed to apply for Mudra loan under Kishor scheme ?
No formal office is not required to apply for Mudra Loan. However, banks do add a value to it while appraising a loan proposal. As you plan to apply for Tarun loan, it means that your business has taken off the ground and started flying. By the time you have proven yourself about the business that make your Banker to believe that you are eligible for such loans. If you are a trader ,you need a shop. If manufacturer, it's your factory. Even your house can serve the purpose. The office means address, the business should definitely need an address. If you do not have an address, how a Banker can trust and give money?. Even your home address wi serve the purpose.

DeleteAny individual above 18 yrs can apply for loan. Don't believe that you will get ₹10L upfront. If you are serious about your business do a research on it, if possible get a knowledge and experience in it. You can apply for the loan, but chance of rejection is higher, if you are not experienced.
DeleteI want to start my own gym , I have expuriexpe of this Field about 4 years. But confusion is that if imI starting my business from scratch than its possible to get tarun mudra loan which is up to 10 lakhs.
ReplyDeleteYou have to first prepare a detailed project report covering the revenue model, membership, competition, equipments, costs, sustainability, the period required to run the business to break even, staffing, rentals etc to convince the Banker about the success of your venture. As you are planning to apply for Tarun, your Banker will ask for promoters contribution which will be a minimum of 20% of the project cost. As your venture may require to run without required cash flow for the first year, you should have a buffer funds to meet the incidental expenses such as rentals, staffing cost etc. As per Tarun Scheme, you will get finance upto ₹10Lakh.
